Tokens

The NHI-Footer-Info and NH-Contact-Info templates have options to display text that has been assigned to token strings. The advantage of this is that if you have many Contact Info modules spread throughout your site, if they all use tokens, they can be updated simultaneously in one place.

• The Token Manager should be in a special hidden management area only visible to your Franchise Administrator.
• Your initial contact info tokens should have been configured for you when your site was created, but you may need to access the Token Manager to update those values.
• The commonly used tokens include: franchise_location, franchise_address, franchise_phone, and franchise_email. More can be defined and used.
• Future templates yet to be created may also make use of additional tokens.

Contact Info in Footer pane

• Your contact information is displayed in the left-most black footer pane.
• The Content Template used there is called "NHI-Footer-Info", and normally gets its information from the Tokens. However, it can be configured with entered text in the module as "Custom Values".
• The Footer modules are configured to be automatically added to every page, existing and new pages.

Contact Us page

• In the left side column of the Contact us page, there is another template added, "NH-Contact-Info".
• The NH-Contact-Info template is very similar to the Footer-Info one, but is formatted a bit differently to be usable in the body of the page.
• The NH-Contact-Info template also can use either Token Values or Custom Values for each field.

Google Maps

On the Contact Us and Our Locations pages, Google maps have been embedded using the NH-IFrame template. See the details on using that template by clicking NH-IFrame in the submenu on this page.

• To get Google map iFrame code, visit google.com/maps, key in your address, then "Share" and "Embed a Map".

Your City / Country name in the Header

• In the site-wide header, you can carefully edit the NH-Navbar-Info template added directly above the navigation menu.
• This short sub-navigation template defines your location name, a short divider, and the Student LMS Login
• Carefully test any changes to make sure that the layout still works afterward.
