Adding a Form to a page or editing an existing form

• To add a new Form to a page, click the "cube" icon in the page-bottom ribbon.
• Search for "LiveForms", click that tile, then drag the floating tile to the desired layout pane on the page.

Configuring Your Form

After you've added the module to the page, click the red "Manage" link to begin setting up your form. You'll need to add fields, drag them into the desired layout, then set some options for form entry delivery by email among other things.

• Add Fields from the "Toolbox": A panel with many form field types will appear on the left. The best place to start is the panel of "Common Fields".
• You may need to "close" the Toolbox by clicking its labeled handle in order to work on your fields.
• Each field has specific properties including its label and whether it's required or not.
• After adding and positioning your desired fields, click the "Options" button and set the Email Alerts and ThankYou settings.
• You can set up an Email alert to send the form entry to a particular email address, and also alerts to serve as an auto-responder to the customer.
• The Thank You button allows you to define an on-page message to display after the user submits the form.
