This template allows you to add accordions with panels that toggle open and closed. The accordions created by this template are not designed to hold all different kinds of assorted content - but they were designed to make it easy to present two specific content structures:

Steps to Earn Certifications

This accordion view allows us to display certification details in a very consistent manner, according to steps, and listing prerequisites or special requirements

Lists of Links

This accordion view allows you to build custom lists of linked terms, each displayed in an accordion toggle panel.

Terminology

When completing the fields, the template uses the term "Accordion" for each individual panel that opens and closes. This Content Template allows you to add as many "accordions" (panels) as you need .

"Steps" Accordion Fields for Above Accordion

The below fields are completed to create ONE accordion panel of type "Step", to define a certification. To add multiple accordion panels, click the "+" sign above the "Template" field in the Accordion Content section. Each accordion panel can be either type of content - Steps or Lists.

Accordion - List view template

The List accordion panel type is useful for display one to three columns of optionally linked items within the toggled panel. One place this is used on the franchise sites is on the FAQ page, where one accordion panel is devoted to each question - a few of the FAQ questions have just a couple links, others have none, but just display the descriptive paragraph. To produce an accordion with multiple panels, click the "+" sign above the "Template" field in the Accordion Content section.
